We’re looking for a passionate and driven People Partner to join a high performing People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive real business impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence organisational design, talent development, and leadership capability across dynamic head office functions.
You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders, supporting everything from talent attraction and retention to performance and engagement.
The role:
1. Design and deliver a People Plan that supports the overall business and people strategy.
2. Partner with leaders to ensure teams, structures, and roles are fit for purpose.
3. Drive initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, and retention.
4. Support managers to proactively handle employee relations and build strong, high-performing teams.
5. Collaborate across People teams to lead transformational change projects.
6. Use data and insights to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and measure success.
Experience:
7. Proven HR partnering experience in fast-paced, multi-site, or retail environments.
8. A strong background in talent management, engagement, and organisational design.
9. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
10. A data-driven mindset and confident interpreting trends and making actionable recommendations.
11. Resilience, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to making things happen.
