Full-Time | 7-Day Operation | ? No Evenings | £35,000 + Bonus
A popular, high-volume restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating fresh, locally sourced dishes.

8. Follow HACCP, allergens & Level 3 Food Hygiene (training provided if needed)

9. Calm, self-motivated, and passionate about fresh, well-presented food
10. Experienced in prep systems, batch cooking & service flow
11. Confident leading a team while staying hands-on
12. High standards of cleanliness, speed & consistency
13. Available weekends & public holidays; ? no evenings required
