What you’ll do day to day
10. Achieve unit sales, chassis profit, finance, GardX and warranty income targets
11. Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit
12. Ensure compliance to Inchcape and regulatory sales processes to treat customers fairly
13. Adhere to retail policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines in order to pass audits
14. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance to brand standard requirements
15. Ensures Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence
16. Ensure Sales Executives are trained and reviewed to the required standards and to support the sales team through coaching and development
17. Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, brand partners, finance and insurance partners

18. Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
19. An effective multitasker who is methodical and efficient
20. Adaptable approach to ensure the finance package’s are tailored to customers’ needs
21. Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages to customers and understand FCA Compliance
22. Attention to detail
23. Ability to supervise and manage the sales process
24. Excellent listening and communication skills
25. Full EU driving licence
