Linux Technical Support Engineer – Rotherham/Hybrid

You will work as part of a skilled support and helpdesk team, providing all levels of support, administration, and customer service to end users. Support and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu)
* Troubleshoot server, storage, application, and networking issues for global clients.
* Contribute to hardware/software installations, configurations, and deployments.
* Support basic networking (VLANs, routing, switch configuration).
* Automation tools (SaltStack) and scripting (Bash/Python) — training provided.
Prior experience in an IT support role, service desk, or infrastructure support.
* Confident with Linux command line and basic system administration.
* Exposure to networking, storage, or virtualisation is advantageous.
