We are currently seeking a Full-Time Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at our thriving nursery in Coalville. About the Role: As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily running of the nursery. You’ll support the Nursery Manager in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive, while helping to guide and support our fantastic team of practitioners. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Support, mentor and supervise staff to deliver outstanding childcare. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers. Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements are met. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – essential. Previous experience in a senior role within a nursery setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A genuine passion for early years education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Have or willing to obtain a valid DBS check. Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment Have the right to work in the UK (ABC teachers do not offer sponsorship).
