This industry leading fashion retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to its Gatwick based team. The company, renowned for internal development and progression, is performing well at present, with the airport based store being a vibrant environment allowing for plenty of opportunities to boost sales.
The role will entail, leading a management team, ensuring customer service standards are being adhered to/exceeded, and providing a basis of organisation to ensure your team are proactive in their approach. Adminstering any training and nurturing talent to maximise potential will also be key.
Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have solid management experience, clearly capable of driving sales and improving performance in high volume environments. A passion for customer service will be essential as it is the backbone of the business, whilst an adaptability to handle a multitude of tasks at any given time will be beneficial.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £45,000 with a generous bonus in place on top of this. Wider benefits include working every other weekend or less over the course of a month, staff discounts and many more.
