We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a highly talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, which provides a comprehensive portfolio supporting surgical specialties within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to territorial growth.
As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical training, and supporting surgical cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, the manager will reside within the territory.

What you need
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales and capital sales
* Ownership mindset and results-driven
* Drive and desire to succeed

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge
* English language proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
