The Role: Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager
This is a recruitment 360 recruitment role with a delivery and candidate focus. You will manage recruitment campaigns and be the dedicated account manager for key clients across the industrial ,engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Role:
Recruitment Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial ,engineering & manufacturing roles
Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing tools (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
Ensure smooth onboarding and regular client updates
Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts
Attend onsite client meetings to review progress and hiring needs when required
Experience:
Proven recruitment agency experience
as a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager
A strong track record inindustrial, engineering or manufacturing recruitment (essential)
Benefits
Up to £55,000 basic salary ,depending on experience
