Working as part of a highly committed team at Hallmark, the Deputy Care Home Manager plays a key role within our homes.

Your gentle touch will prioritize residents' care and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on providing warmth and support to residents and their families, fostering independence, dignity, and quality of life in a person-centred, caring environment.

As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will oversee clinical governance, compliance, and team onboarding to ensure top-quality care, health, and safety for residents, with ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.


About you

You are a motivational leader capable of inspiring and engaging your team with open communication. You should achieve high standards of clinical care through auditing, trend analysis, and directing care teams to deliver excellent results.

Effective communication with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams is essential. You should be able to implement action plans for improvement and uphold a reputation for high-quality care.

Key qualities include:

* Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills
* Experience in health and social care, especially with older adults
* Leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in IT
