Job Description
Purpose of Role
To develop and deliver high-quality destinationexperiences for participants of the Oyster World Rally and other Oyster events.The role is responsible for coordinating onshore activities and excursions thatenhance the overall Oyster experience, whilst also working with the rally andevent team to deliver a successful and enjoyable overall experience forparticipants.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Liaise,coordinate, market and sell curated, culturally-rich destination experiencesfor participants of the Oyster World Rally and other related events.
* Vetand liaise with external providers, ensuring delivery standards, safety, andclient expectations are met.
* Actas the primary contact for participants regarding shore-based experiences,responding to queries and managing bookings through the customer relationshipmanagement system (HubSpot).
* Providetimely, clear pre-arrival information to participants, including activitybriefs, logistical details, and destination insights.
* Alignall shore-based experiences with the master rally / event schedule and ensurecohesive planning with the wider events and logistics team.
* Travelin advance of the fleet when required to prepare and manage experience deliveryon the ground.
* Collaboratewith internal teams to support experience planning for Explorers Club,Bluewater Academy, events and Regattas.
* Maintainaccurate records of bookings, client preferences, and feedback to supportcontinuous improvement and reporting.
* RepresentOyster to local tourism authorities, marinas, and vendors, maintaining strongand professional relationships.
* Buildan Oyster Destination Experience guide, to sit alongside our existing WorldRally Guide.
Requirements
Knowledge
* Understandingof international travel coordination and experience delivery, particularly in aluxury or premium context
* Knowledgeof client service standards and expectations for high-value clientele
* Familiaritywith CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
Skills
* Strongorganisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines
* Clear,professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidencein liaising with third-party vendors and clients across different cultures andtime zones
* Proficientin digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and projecttracking platforms
Experience
* Experiencein event coordination, destination management, or travel planning
* Previousclient-facing role, ideally within a luxury, travel, or marine-based industry
* Experienceworking independently in remote or international environments is beneficial
Qualifications
* No specific formal qualifications required,but relevant certifications in travel, tourism, or event management would beadvantageous

* Willingness and ability to travel internationally forextended periods (up to 6 weeks at a time
