Access Control Analyst – Succession Wealth

Responsibilities
* Administer activation and deactivation of user access to third‑party providers.
* Respond to and action user access requests.
* Maintain access logs and complete audits of existing user access rights.
* Work closely with various departments to understand system access requirements.
* Document, schedule and complete testing of new systems.
* Liaise with third‑party providers to manage access to external sites.
* Support process improvement and projects that impact User Access Control.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced Administration/IT role.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Good IT skills.
* Experience within an IT support or User Access Control role would be highly advantageous.
