The role of a Teaching Assistant is to work under the direction of the class teacher and senior staff to support teaching and learning, helping pupils to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. The TA plays a vital role in ensuring pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Who are we looking for?
