The role As an HLTA, you will: • Deliver planned lessons and learning activities provided by the teacher • Support pupils’ learning and manage behaviour effectively • Lead small group and whole class activities when required • Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed • Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies • Provide clear feedback to teaching staff The ideal candidate will be confident stepping into classes and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
