We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering high‑quality structural design, and supporting others to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading structural design packages for small–medium projects, or owning key design elements within major multidisciplinary schemes
2. Producing and reviewing structural calculations, models, drawings, and specifications
3. Applying deep knowledge of UK design codes (Eurocodes, National Annexes, British Standards)
4. Carrying out detailed structural analysis using industry‑standard software
5. Contributing to project programmes and providing progress updates to senior engineers
6. Supporting tenders, fee proposals and technical scope development
7. Introducing practical, smart structural solutions that improve buildability and sustainability
8. Mentoring junior structural engineers and supporting their development
What You Bring
9. Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with strong structural focus)
10. Strong experience delivering structural design for complex building or infrastructure projects
11. Technical expertise across:
12. Steel, concrete, timber and masonry design
13. Foundation design (shallow & deep)
14. Structural assessments and refurbishment
15. Dynamic or seismic analysis (advantageous)
16. High proficiency in tools such as Tekla Structural Designer, STAAD, Robot, or Tedds
17. Experience working within integrated multidisciplinary project teams
18. Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks
19. Understanding of CDM duties and structural safety
20. CSCS card, eligibility for SC clearance, and full UK driving licence
