About the Role We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Supply Chain Services team, working across our Woking, Staines, and Farnham branches. Supply Chain Services partners with Housing Associations and Contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that improve efficiency and drive cost savings. This role is central to managing contract customers, ensuring service excellence, and delivering strong commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop contract customers, including Housing Associations and contractors Act as the main point of contact for all contract and service-related matters Ensure contracts are implemented and delivered effectively across Woking, Staines, and Farnham Monitor pricing, margins, rebates, and supplier support to ensure profitability Support tenders, framework agreements, and contract renewals Work closely with branch teams to ensure service levels, stock availability, and delivery performance Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers What We’re Looking For Experience in a builders’ merchant, supply chain services, or construction supply environment Strong commercial and contract management skills Confident relationship manager with excellent communication skills Good understanding of pricing, margin control, and contract frameworks Organised, self-motivated, and solutions-focused Ability to work across multiple branch locations The Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 The Rewards What we Offer At IBMG, we value our employees and offer a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
