Maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors, including monitoring fire systems and responding to incidents. Manage emergency procedures, including organising urgent repairs and implementing local emergency plans during major incidents. Inspect and report building issues, ensuring first aid and fire equipment are correctly placed and functional.
