At Ceres, we’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between engineering brilliance and market impact. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for translating complex technical innovations into clear, partner-centric value propositions that resonate with partners, stakeholders, and technical decision-makers across the energy and digital infrastructure sectors. You’ll lead product marketing strategies that fuel commercial growth, enhance market understanding, and position Ceres as a global leader in clean energy technology. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop product positioning and messaging that speaks directly to customer needs Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches Create high-impact marketing collateral including datasheets, presentations, case studies, and web content Support market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform product and commercial strategy Deliver product briefings and train sales teams on product capabilities and differentiation Collaborate with Communications on integrated campaigns and thought leadership Contribute to digital marketing efforts including SEO, email, and social media Track and report on product marketing performance, optimising messaging and campaigns based on data and feedback What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in product marketing within a technical or engineering-led environment Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology product lifecycles Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Strategic mindset with strong analytical and research skills Collaborative approach with cross-functional experience Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools Several years of experience in data centres, energy systems, or industrial technology Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Experience in international markets and global product launches is a plus Skilled at translating engineering language into business impact If you're ready to shape the narrative of breakthrough energy technology and drive global market success, we want to hear from you.
