In this role, you\'ll drive growth by expanding key accounts, developing new business, and building lasting relationships with customers across multiple sectors.
We\'re seeking someone commercially astute, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering real value. A background in construction or plant hire would be a strong advantage, though candidates with relevant equipment or hire industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow new and existing business within your territory
* Introduce the range of high-quality products and services to clients
* Conduct on-site visits to inspect and identify parts for quotation
* Maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers
* Plan and manage your own schedule to maximise efficiency
* Follow up on leads and convert them into profitable sales
* Input customer data and feedback into our CRM daily
* Monitor account performance and ensure smooth end-to-end account management
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally in construction, plant hire, or quarrying
* A professional, consultative sales approach with a track record of results
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A self-motivated individual with the ability to build trust and close deals
* Experience selling spare parts or technical services would be an advantage
