EDiscovery Analyst - Permanent role - London - Hybrid - 1-2 Days on-site
If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be a great fit for you. This is a chance to join a team where your technical skills and attention to detail really matter. You will be supporting end to end eDiscovery activity from initial scoping all the way through to review management and client reporting, and you will be working closely with legal teams, external partners, and clients throughout the process.
You will be involved in everything from collecting and preserving data, to processing it, to managing review platforms and helping design efficient workflows. There is also a strong emphasis on quality control, user support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of how digital evidence and disclosure are handled. If you like variety in your day and enjoy getting stuck into technical challenges, you will feel right at home.
What you will be doing
* Supporting the full lifecycle of eDiscovery projects, including scoping, budgeting, timelines, and reporting, and keeping communication clear with legal teams and clients.
* Overseeing data collection, preservation, and processing while maintaining accuracy and a fully defensible chain of custody.
* Managing eDiscovery platforms and ensuring data is processed, loaded, and ready for review, including support with productions.
* Helping design and refine document review workflows that meet best practice and legal standards.
* Working with external providers on digital evidence, disclosure, translations, and forensic support.
* Running quality checks on processed data and review output, making sure everything meets project requirements and deadlines.
* Providing support and training to internal teams and clients on eDiscovery tools, review platforms, and data sharing solutions, and helping troubleshoot when things are not working as expected.
What you will bring
* Good working knowledge of eDiscovery supported by a professional qualification such as ACEDS or PMP, or a certification from a recognised platform such as DISCO, Relativity, or Reveal. If you do not currently hold one of these, full training and support will be provided to help you gain the Project Management certification.
* Hands on experience managing eDiscovery projects from start to finish, with the confidence to handle competing priorities and keep things moving.
* Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be someone who communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and stays calm when things get busy.
* An understanding of the wider technologies used in digital evidence, including review platforms, productions, computer forensics, and the tools commonly used across leading law firms.
If you enjoy balancing technical work with plenty of collaboration and want to grow your skills in a supportive team, this role offers a brilliant opportunity to develop your expertise even further.
