Housing Manager Job Description
We are currently seeking a Housing Manager to join one of the largest Housing Associations in South Wales. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
Housing Manager Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Neighbourhood Services Manager in the operational delivery and continuous improvement of the Neighbourhood Services Team.
2. Assume direct line management responsibility for a team of regional Neighbourhood Managers, Community Safety Officers, and administrators.
3. Deliver high standards of customer service, recognizing the diverse needs of tenants.
4. Manage workload and duties related to tenants and address anti-social behaviour issues.

Housing Manager Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of housing law and practice, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
* Strong understanding of sustainable tenancies, including the effects of adverse childhood experiences and conflict resolution.
* Creative problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
* Effective time and task management skills, ability to work under pressure both individually and in a team, with appropriate delegation.
