Responsibilities
* Deliver training in MESD modules (Refrigeration/gases/equipment) as directed by the Department Training Manager in accordance with the Training Plan and Sultan Training Standing Operating Procedures.
* Assist in maintaining and updating training documentation.
* Assess student coursework and provide feedback on performance.
* Take responsibility for the duty of care and progression of trainees during training delivery.
* Ensure Company security, health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.
* Maintain CPD recording all training evidence.
Qualifications
* Minimum level 3 Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficiency in use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace.
* Experience in mechanical engineering principles, either through work experience or direct employment.
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
* Desirable: FGAS Certification.
* Desirable: DCTS Defence Train The Trainer Course or equivalent (successful completion).
