As a dedicated member of our SIPP administration team you will undertake day-to-day administration work processing requests with vigilance and caution whilst going the extra mile. You will support our client and adviser needs with the highest professional standards and ensure all aspects of the role are met by following our brand and company guidelines. This role involves dealing with various internal teams and departments but also with external entities such as financial advisers and investment providers on a regular basis. As a member of the team, you will be expected to: * Day to day administration of SIPPs * Process new business applications through to completion * Complete transfers in and investment applications * Process payments to investment providers and financial advisers * Process investment withdrawals for payments on time * Complete general servicing processes such as LOAs, FSCS claims, DSARs, change of agency or contact details * Have timely communication with the advisers and members to notify them of any issues with the member's request * Ensure all requests are tracked till completion * Being involved in projects within the administration department * Other than new business, at times administer other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workload including SIPPs holding portfolios of properties * Build relationships with our advisers and clients and deliver exceptional communication and service * Share knowledge and sup...
