This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets our high preparation and presentation standards before going on sale. About the Role As a Vehicle Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end preparation of vehicles, ensuring each one is ready for sale within 72 hours of arrival and meets Vertu group standards at every stage. Your key responsibilities will include: Carrying out initial cosmetic inspections when vehicles arrive on site Coordinating all aspects of vehicle preparation, including: Wheel refurbishment Paint and trim repairs Valeting Photography for online advertising Assisting the Sales Manager with vehicle descriptions and verbatim comments Quality checking vehicles once preparation is complete Managing vehicle logistics, including movements between dealerships and preparation sites Supporting the smooth organisation of vehicles ready for sale About You Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. What’s most important is your attitude, attention to detail, and ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
