We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead our operational performance and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. You will oversee field teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety standards, and play a key role in driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing reactive and planned work schedules
*
Overseeing health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and SSoW
*
Leading and supporting field teams, including hands-on site involvement when needed
*
Client relationship management and regular performance reviews
*
Quoting, budgeting, and cost control
*
National subcontractor coordination and equipment inspections
*
Supporting staff training and certification requirements
*
Driving business development and KPI achievement
Requirements:
You'll have proven experience in operations or site management (cleaning/FM/industrial), strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Desirable: IOSH, IPAF, CSCS, trauma cleaning experience, or ILM Level 5.
