This role combines client service, local expertise, and logistical coordination to deliver a smooth and positive relocation experience. Hybrid working is available.
Fluency in German is essential. Previous experience working in the Relocation sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees and their families throughout their move.
* Conduct relocation needs assessments and guide assignees through policies and entitlements.
* Coordinate home searches, temporary housing, school placements, and settling-in services.
* Work with trusted partners such as movers, real estate agents, and utility providers.
* Track costs and ensure services align with client budgets and guidelines.
* Resolve challenges quickly and maintain excellent client and assignee satisfaction.
* Keep stakeholders updated with clear communication and progress reports.
* Maintain accurate relocation case notes and system data for transparency and tracking.
* Collaborate with colleagues on projects, training, and best practice sharing.
Skills & Experience:
* Fluency in German required; additional European languages are an advantage.
* Previous experience in relocation, global mobility, HR or destination services sector.
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Confident using technology and learning new systems quickly.
* Culturally aware, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
* Prior exposure to international or multicultural environments is highly valued
