The Role As a Year 5 Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons across all areas of the curriculum, track pupil progress, and differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. You will foster independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours in your classroom. You will work closely with teaching assistants, KS2 colleagues, and senior leaders to ensure high standards are maintained across the year group. Communicating effectively with parents and carers is also a key part of the role.
