But in truth, you're more than a title.
You're the translator, the orchestrator, the one who knows how to turn questions into plans, and plans into progress.
What your week might look like:
* A kickoff call with a client who doesn’t speak “marketing” — but you get what they want.
* A creative review where the copy feels off — and you help it land.
* Checking a Google Ads dashboard and spotting a dip before it becomes a problem.
* Writing a timeline update that keeps everyone calm, clear, and moving.
You’re probably a good fit if:
* You’ve led digital campaigns before — especially across Google Ads, Meta, or Google Business.
* You’re not just organized — you bring structure into messy situations.
* You know how to talk to clients, creatives, and media buyers — without switching masks.
* You ask good questions. You follow through. You catch the blind spots.
What you’ll need:
* At least 3 years in a digital or client-facing role
* A working fluency in performance marketing, and a love for building long-term relationships
* Strong documentation, communication, and reporting habits
* An interest in making things better, not just getting them done

* $5,000 – $12,000/project, based on what you bring to the table
