About The Role
This vacancy requires the successful candidate to work 35 hours per week, 37 weeks during term time, with a salary of £16,988 pro rata per annum.
Holiday payment of £2,292 will be paid equally in your twelve monthly salary payments in addition to the pro rata salary above.
As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will provide support to students with high needs undertaking various subjects and qualifications from entry 1 to level 3, including Functional and GCSE English and Maths.
Students may have a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Support may be needed in their study programs, work placements, and welfare/personal care needs.

About You

* Ability to work well under pressure
* Passion to inspire students in learning
You should be passionate about supporting students with high needs and ideally have experience working with individuals with visual/hearing impairments, global developmental delay, and communication difficulties. Support may include personal care, mobility assistance, and medical/feeding needs. Full training will be provided.
