What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
1. Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction by being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
2. Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately.
4. Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
5. Live the company values, focusing on taking individual responsibility and working towards team delivery.
6. Handle cash and operate tills accurately and according to procedures.
7. Communicate store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner.
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
