About the role: This is a Part Time role working 25 to 32 hours per week. Please note some Saturday shifts may be involved to cover holiday and sickness.
As our Practice Manager, you'll be ensuring the practice is running smoothly balancing day-to-day operations with people leadership, project execution, and strategic collaboration.
Youll work closely with the Practice Owners to deliver on business objectives, while also championing a positive, motivated culture that empowers every team member to do their best work. You will be working alongside our team of 4 vets, 6 nurses and 4 brilliant receptionists.
