Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a common local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Childcare Legal Assistant to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
* Umbrella Rate - £16-£18ph
* PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38
This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant:
* Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
* Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
* To undertake Advocacy were directed to do so.
* To advise the Principal Lawyer of all significant matters relating to legal/reputational issues for the council.
About you as a Childcare Legal Assistant:
* At least 3 years Legal experience in Childcare Law
* Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
