My Client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take ownership of their restaurant & bar and to drive excellence in guest services. As a key member of the team, this is an opportunity to shape the dining experience and really make your mark!
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
About the Role
The role involves supervising day-to-day activities and ensuring exceptional service in the food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
* Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
* Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
* Drive colleague performance and development
* Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance
* Enhance guest experience and satisfaction ratings
* Achieve revenue targets while controlling costs
Qualifications
* At least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management
* Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Required Skills
* Solid understanding of cost control measures to enhance financial performance
* Strong knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Preferred Skills
* 3 years experience in hotel restaurant management role
Pay range and compensation package
28 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days)
Staff accommodation if required
Uniform provided
Colleague food while on duty
24 hour access to Employee Assistant Programme
