Do you want to be part of a busy, dynamic administration team supporting Social Workers making a difference to children and families in East Sussex? Our Senior Business Administrator role offers a fast‑paced, varied position providing essential support to Social Workers within Locality Children's Services.
Responsibilities
The role involves telephone contact with professionals and clients, email communication, minute taking of strategy meetings, managing calendars, setting up Microsoft Teams calls, and other administrative tasks. Hybrid working can be offered after full training. Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success.
Qualifications
* Ability to minute and produce accurate records of meetings.
* Knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Team calls.
* Strong communication skills, able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
* Discretion in dealing with sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Ability to undertake research and learn new information quickly in a self‑directed way.
