🌟 Part-Time Sales Role – Friendly, Flexible, and Fulfilling 🌟
We’re looking for a warm, experienced sales professional to join us 2 days a week (flexibly) to help grow a well-established software product used by Safety & HR teams across the UK.
💡 You’ll be:
* Following up warm leads from our marketing and existing client base
* Reaching out to potential partner businesses to resell our software
* Building genuine relationships — not hammering the phones unless they really need hammering
* Working closely with a small, supportive team who’ve got your back
🧠You’ll bring:
* At least 3 years' experience in technical B2B sales
* A sharp, thoughtful approach — you're someone who listens, learns, and adapts
* Ideally a degree, but more importantly, you're intelligent, insightful, resilient, and creative
* Confidence working independently (with plenty of support when needed)
💼 The role:
* Part-time (2 days/week), remote-first
* Occasional visits to our Stafford office
* £40k FTE + generous commissions (pro rata)
* Full product training provided
