Elysian Villas is a 12 bedded service which is split into three separate homes, providing 24-hour support by a diverse team of specialised, experienced staff. We support individuals who have complex behavioural needs. Experience within the sector is not essential as we will provide you with all the training you need to carry out your role, but an understanding of complex needs and challenging behaviour would be an advantage.
