Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons suited to diverse learning needs.
* Inspire a love of learning and encourage independence and confidence in pupils.
* Promote social, emotional, and academic development.
* Participate in school initiatives, events, and enrichment activities.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
About You:
* Holds QTS (or will achieve QTS by September 2025).
* Degree in Education or a relevant subject with a PGCE.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality primary education.
* Positive and professional classroom presence with effective behaviour management skills.
* Open to reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
