A secondary school in Rugeley is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to deliver History and Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to join a supportive department and make a positive impact on pupils’ engagement and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach History and Geography across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
* Differentiate effectively to meet a range of abilities
* Track pupil progress and contribute to assessment
* Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
* Work collaboratively within the Humanities department
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Ability to teach both History and Geography confidently
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice
* Good behaviour management and organisation
* Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards
* ECTs and experienced teachers welcome

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
