Your tasks & responsibilities
As Service Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting our service projects within the Renewable Service team. You will coordinate daily operations, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure that all service activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and service leads regarding scheduling and coordination
* Supporting the preparation and follow-up of service jobs, including documentation and reporting
* Assisting with quotations, order processing, and clarification of job scopes
* Coordinating logistics for technicians, equipment, and materials
* Maintaining project management tools, plans, and records
* Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards
* Supporting in managing the office
You will be based onshore at our office in Grimsby, UK. Occasional travel to other Semco Maritime locations for project support. Around 10-15 travel days per year should be expected. While office attendance is generally required, remote workdays can be arranged as needed.
Your profile & qualifications
To succeed in this position, you are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable taking responsibility for coordinating multiple tasks.
We imagine you have:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the offshore or energy industry
* A relevant technical or commercial education is an advantage
* Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to plan and prioritize assignments, delivering on time
* A structured, flexible approach and a collaborative mindset
