Position Title: Foreman (Relocation Required – Assistance Provided)
Location: Eagle, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in Eagle, Colorado. This role requires relocation to the job site; comprehensive relocation assistance is available to ensure a smooth transition.
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, managing crews, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a leadership-focused role, with approximately 95% of your time dedicated to supervision and coordination rather than hands-on labor.
----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage on-site construction teams of 20 or more crew members
* Oversee commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $1 million
* Ensure quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings
* Interpret and work from blueprints and construction documents
* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines
----------------------------------- Required Qualifications
* 6–8 years of experience in commercial construction
* Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Proficiency with hand and power tools
* Strong knowledge of metal and steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction practices
----------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Foreman in commercial construction
* Expertise in acoustical ceiling installation
* Accurate measurement and layout skills
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

* Typically structured as either:
o 5 eight-hour days (Monday–Friday), or
o 4 ten-hour days (Monday–Thursday), depending on project requirements
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
