This role is open to University of Leeds employees within the People and Culture directorate only. It will be based on the university campus with scope for hybrid work and we are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
As People & Change Partner you will be an influential and trusted advisor and coach on a wide range of issues relating to organisational design and development, and you will advocate good change management practice across projects and programmes.
You will lead your own portfolio of change activities and work collaboratively with University Subject Matter Experts and Technical Specialists as well as key stakeholder groups within the wider organisation.
