The Role:
You'll handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters including:
📁 Contract & shareholder disputes
📁 Professional negligence
📁 Insolvency & asset recovery
📁 Partnership and director issues
📁 ADR, mediation & arbitration
What We're Looking For:
🔹 2–6 years PQE in commercial litigation (flexible for the right person)
🔹 Strong knowledge of dispute resolution, CPR, and client management
🔹 Commercial mindset & a team player with ambition
