Job Title: Talent Resourcing Partner\nLocation: Belfast (Onsite, Monday-Friday) \n\nAbout the role:\n\nWe're looking for a proactive and consultative recruiter to join our team as a Talent Resourcing Partner. This is a full-time onsite role based in Belfast, where you'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality recruitment service across both blue and white collar roles. \n\nKey Objectives of the Role:\n\nDeliver a professional and engaging recruitment service aligned with client expectations and company standards.\nSource, screen, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each vacancy.\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.\nBuild strong relationships with candidates, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport recruitment campaigns and ensure compliance with all pre-placement requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:\n\nProven experience in recruitment, ideally within MSP or RPO environments.\nStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience working on complex accounts or high-volume recruitment programs.\nFamiliarity
