Role: Field Sales Manager
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Hampshire
Role Overview: As an Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by focusing on a blend of new business acquisition (75%) and account management (25%). This position primarily involves field sales, where you'll be engaging with local businesses to offer advertising solutions tailored to their needs. You'll inherit a warm desk and be responsible for managing existing accounts while actively seeking out new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns and strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales, does not have to be within media although this would be a plus.
* They are open to candidates who have less than 1 years experience and will consider them for an Sales Executive level.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel within the Hampshire region.
