About the Role
We are looking for a confident, adaptable, and proactive Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our Cheltenham-based team this December. If you have a strong grounding in core subjects and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students’ learning, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring lessons continue smoothly in the absence of the class teacher and maintaining a positive, productive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, primarily within KS3 and KS4
* Maintain a calm and focused learning atmosphere, following school behaviour policies
* Support students in engaging with set work and maintaining progress
* Manage classroom routines confidently and adapt to different learning environments
* Organise your own schedule with full flexibility and control over your working days
