County Care Independent Living Ltd is seeking a passionate and proactive Team Leader to help lead our dedicated support team. You'll play a key role in enabling people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent, and socially inclusive lives – all while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
What you'll do:
* Supervise, develop, and motivate staff to deliver meaningful, high-quality support.
* Plan and allocate resources to meet service user needs effectively.
* Support new service user referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition into services.
* Maintain compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
* Ensure personalised support plans promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
* Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
* Conduct and support staff appraisals to encourage growth and development.
* Drive service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets, maximise occupancy, and ensure cost efficiency, including procurement of goods and services.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience working in the Care industry.
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
* Knowledge of CQC standards and care legislation.
* Strong IT skills for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
* NVQ Level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
* ESSENTIAL
: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
