Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement post-processing sequences including support removal, surface finishing, heat treatment, and coating.
* Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to optimise and validate manufacturing steps.
* Create detailed work instructions and documentation to ensure repeatability and quality.
* Analyse manufacturing data to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to transition prototype processes into scalable production.
* Support audits and technical reviews with comprehensive validation data.

Requirements
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
* 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies.
* Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX).
* Knowledge of GD&;T, measurement systems, and quality control.
* Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.
Desirable:
* Advanced degree in engineering or materials science.
* Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing.
* Industry knowledge in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.
* Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar.
* Experience with ERP/MES systems and digital manufacturing tools.
