Business Development Manager – Invoice Finance – East Midlands – CRS
Job description:
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proven, field-based Business Development Manager to join a growing, innovative, independent provider of commercial finance, with potential future leadership prospects.
The role involves building the brand presence across the East Midlands, developing and maintaining successful relationships, and generating business leads through your network of introducers, including Accountants, Mortgage Brokers, and Solicitors.
You will collaborate with the Birmingham-based office, which aims to significantly increase its current lending portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
1. Originating and following up on new business leads and setting up meetings
2. Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key introducers
3. Planning and preparing presentations as required
4. Reporting to and working closely with the Regional Director
Key requirements:
* A proven success record in a field sales role, ideally within Invoice Finance or financial services
* Established introducer network
* Driven, self-motivated, and ambitious
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good presentation and interpersonal skills
* Full driving license
The client has a strong appetite for new business, especially within the SME sector. The successful candidate must be dynamic, tenacious, proactive, and have a proven B2B sales track record.
