Sales Consultant - Moynat, Harrods at Moynat. As a Sales Consultant for Moynat, Harrods, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximise profitability and productivity.

Role: Sales Consultant – Moynat, Harrods
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Ambassador: Excite and install passion and pride for the brand; embody the brand image for customers and the store team; have a strong understanding of the brand DNA; lead by example and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
* General Store VM / Client Management: Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image; enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey.
* Sales / Business Monitoring: Welcome all clients, build and maintain relationships; educate clients about the brand; introduce complementary products; drive sales to achieve targets; process sales confidently; gather CRM details to enlarge the client book; stay up to date with fashion trends and product lines; ensure company policies and procedures are followed; support stock control and management.
Profile & Experience
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
* Experience in selling RTW / LG
* Passion for fashion and sales
* Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client’s needs and experience
* Excellent personal presentation – a Moynat Brand Ambassador
* Understanding of Retail KPIs
* Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
