Operations / Technical Administrator – Utilities
Hybrid Role with Office Visits - Stowmarket
£25,000 to £27,000 plus package

Our client is a Suffolk based Civils and Utilities company. They provide services to the water industry and are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join their project delivery team. The role is a hybrid role with office visits to their premises near Stowmarket, Suffolk.
ROLE:
* Creating documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
* Liaising with technical departments and assist, where necessary
* Completing and issuing whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers
* Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
* Ensure systems are kept up to date
* Completing and submitting paperwork to relevant personnel
* Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
* Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
* Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
* Create road opening notice permits for works within the highway and public areas
* Complete opening and closing permits
* Programme works for Multi Utility Teams as per Customer requests
Requirements
CANDIDATE:
* Experience in NRSWA/permits preferred
* Experienced administrative background
* A strong communicator across all internal and external stakeholders
* A proactive approach to solving problems and seeking information is required
* Good experience and working knowledge of using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Committed to high quality customer service with a positive approach to all stakeholders
* Dedicated to providing high quality administrative support and project coordination
* A team player with the ability to work under pressure
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets is essential
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
