Electroplater Job Type: Full time, 4 on-4 off Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Location: Hayes, London Salary: Up to £34,078.69 Sector: Aerospace We are seeking an Electroplater to join our Aircraft Landing Gear Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the surface treatment of aircraft landing gear components, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards for safety and durability. Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to use the Integrated Quality Management System IQ Move; internal training will be given to the successful candidate. Proven ability to understand and interpret process standard practices, drawings and Company Job cards. Previous experience to undertake Material Handling to include workshop Gantry cranes and slings. Previous experience in preparation of parts for electroplating (Masking techniques etc.) Previous experience to undertake surface preparation by Grit Blasting techniques would be an advantage but not essential.
